The module is packed with relevant information for language enthusiasts and education professionals alike who want to dive deep into minority language maintenance – on their own or with their students.

In four units you explore general facts about Latgalian, Mirandese, South Saami, and West Frisian and how they are integrated in education.  You discover these languages through quizzes, videos, interactive tasks, and get insights into the broader contexts of minority languages in Europe.

The fifth unit about ownership and leadership tells you about four initiatives that promote language use and community engagement through different activities.
